Would they be comfortable for people with wide feet? 

Our shoes are generous in width but aren’t specifically made for wide feet.  If you’re unsure, the straps on our Two Strap Slides (regular & platform) have velcro for a customisable fit.

Everyone’s foot width is different, so we recommend you use our size chart for the most accurate measurement.

Do they have arch support or are they flat sole? 

Our Two Strap Sherpa Slides, Two Strap Sherpa Platforms and our Sherpa Boots have a moulded footbed with arch support, in addition to our rubber outsoles for indoor/outdoor use.   

Our Puffer Boots and Puffer Slip-Ons just have our regular rubber outsoles for indoor/outdoor use.

If I am in-between sizes, should I size up or size down?  

If you’re in-between sizes, we recommend you size up for maximum comfort.

What is the smooth outer fabric on the puffy slippers/boots? Is it nylon? 

The upper of our Puffer Slip-Ons and Puffer Boots is made from smooth nylon and easy to spot clean.
